Omg omg me and my kids loved the car nothing was wrong with the car at all drove smoothly for our family vacation the host was there ever step of the way

The car quality was terrible.First of all The car smelled just like Marijuana. Then I reached out to you about the bad windshield wiper was bad, you didn't respond. I also text you about how the car was shaking, while driving, NO respond. The driving was horrible. For it being my first time renting with Turo, I had a bad experience with this company. The car need work done onit inside and out.
Yolanda, we take constructive feedback very seriously. We have on our platform vehicles from 2018 to 2026 priced accordingly. This 2019 VW Atlas has few scratches and had only 5-stars review before your trip. You have not communicated any issues to us until drop off. Next time, please rent a 2026 model and pay the cost of it accordingly.
