Car was new, drove like a charm, owner was very responsive! Trying to find the correct parking lot was a little confusing coming from the international arrivals, but owner helped us figure it out (just get in the Parking Spot shuttle). EV charging fees get invoiced at the end of trip, so it worked smoothly. Thanks!

El carro y el anfitrión son excelentes, el carro es una maravilla tecnológica, aparte estaba súper limpio y cuidado, sin olores, todo le funciona perfecto, el vehículo controlado por sí mismo es súper cómodo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de mis llamadas/mensajes con disposición para ayudarme con todas mis dudas sobre el manejo, carga, etc. siempre muy amable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Cabe mencionar que cero problemas con el idioma, la app y el anfitrión se mostraron siempre dispuestos a ayudar en español.

GREAT communicator

I would not recommend renting from this host. The car had a strong marijuana smell at pickup, and there appeared to be ashes/debris that had blown out from the air vents. The smell was unmistakable and was not consistent with the Black Ice air freshener the host tried to blame it on.

The host was also about 45 minutes late, so the pickup experience was already frustrating before I even got into the vehicle. After spending $450 on the rental, the car should have been clean, odor-free, and ready on time.

The most disappointing part was the host’s response. He refused to acknowledge the issue and indicated he was just going to get the car washed and send it out to the next renter. That does not address a strong interior odor, especially one coming through the vents.

Overall, the vehicle was not properly prepared, the pickup was late, and the host did not seem concerned about the customer experience. I would not rent from this host again.
