The host was very professional, friendly, and readily available whenever I needed assistance. The car was extremely clean and well-maintained. I had a great experience and would DEFINITELY book again! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately this was a very frustrating experience. The temporary tag on the car was expiring during my trip and I contacted the host in advance to make sure everything would be taken care of. I was repeatedly told that a new tag would arrive but it never arrived in time.
As a result, I had to contact Turo and end my trip early because I could not continue driving the vehicle without a valid tag. The host did try to offer alternative solutions which I appreciate but the situation caused a lot of stress and disrupted my plans.
The registration issue should have been resolved before the car was rented. I would not rent this vehicle again.

As of 11:29 PM, the tag had not expired. You contacted me about it, and I explained that the replacement was on its way but never arrived. I kept you updated and provided proof of my efforts. We had already agreed that the car would be returned today, and it was returned while the tag was still valid. I did not allow you to drive with an expired tag.
Please communicate the situation accurately. I have been transparent throughout the process and ask that you do the same.
