I booked this TURO for the purpose of not being car-less while my vehicle was being worked on in the body shop. The vehicle wasn’t detail cleaned and there were some minor scrapes and dings that the next renter should pay close attention to, But the vehicle drove well. I unfortunately had to return my rental early due to my vehicle being completed WELL before the body shop said it would be. I paid 93 dollars total to have used this vehicle for less than a full hour and was only refunded 36 dollars. An hour of going back and forth between customer support and the host to find that resolve was a headache. The next renter is advised to make sure to commit to the entire reservation window as if you don’t, getting a refund or partial refund is a pain.
