Car could not go a certain speed if it did
The car would start shaking uncontrollably and the check engine light appeared
Never again
I notified the guest over the phone that if they felt unsafe in the vehicle that they would be able to return it for a full refund which they didn’t accept. Guest also notified me that they’d provide a video of what they self diagnosed with the vehicle. Upon return of the vehicle, not only was I never provided a video to see what the issue was, the issues the customer claimed were not even present on the car. Still, I got the car looked at by a professional who determined it was 100% good to go.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
