Car was terrible, signal lights out , brakes were trash .. car smelled like cigarettes. Exchanged with another car that was just as much trash condition . Gas wasn’t full upon pickup and i filled it back up to the point to was given . A one bar difference in the gas mind you . However I was charged for a full tank of gas . Scam artist . Would not recommend

Jamila, this is unfortunately a retaliatory review.
You smoked inside the vehicle and returned it because one turn signal bulb was out. We immediately provided you with a replacement vehicle. All our vehicle are full on 93 at pickup. You smoked inside the other vehicle as well and was charged a few by Turo so you came back here to leave a retaliatory review on our vehicle which had only 5 stars reviews to this point. You’ve been banned from our rental company from violating Turo policy.

Michael, you’re a liar and you’re trying to mislead my guests. I wonder for what purpose. My vehicle is a 2018 BMW X2 that you’ve booked and drove for multiple days with no complaints except you couldn’t afford to extend extra days. License plate, registration, insurance, Turo and vehicle pictures all concur the vehicle description. I wonder what your intentions are with this review but we’re glad to never have you as a guest again.
