The car was great, clean, and new. Hosts made pick-up

The car quality was 5 stars! I only rated the rental 4 stars because I provided an incoming flight number and eta of 11:30p. I was notified at 9:30p our car had been parked in hourly parking. Our flight had a 25 min delay. By the time we arrived and claimed our bags, we owed the max $30 hourly parking lot charge. The gas tank was not fully topped off. I returned the car a half hour early, with a full tank of gas.

Thank you, Christine, for your feedback. Just to clarify, the vehicle was parked at 9:35 PM, and I received your flight delay notification at 9:36 PM. I immediately reassured you that your vehicle was ready and waiting. The fuel level was also documented with photos before pickup.
