Ali is very professional, great communication, and also very affordable pricing! One of the best experiences I had with renting any vehicle. Rented the car out for my birthday weekend, very luxurious and clean!!! Nice wrap on it too!

The car was in good condition but we had a few issues. The car is advertised as being at DTW but it is not. It is a 20 minute drive ($30 uber each way) away from the airport so you need to factor in that cost. There is no airport shuttle and the location is a residential neighborhood. The car was as described, however, there was no windshield wiper fluid, it smelled like weed (despite the sticker labels that explicitly say no smoking), and the car had a warning notice that the rear tires were worn. Finally, he had a speed throttle set at 80 mph when the highway speed limit was 70 mph. We always try to stay within 10 mph of the speed limit so I understand that is the goal, however, sometimes when you want to pass a slow vehicle you might want to accelerate. The speed limit throttle was new to me, on a rental car. Finally, the sentry mode drains the battery. Again, I understand the owner wanting to monitor the video remotely, however, this is an expense to the renter because it drains the battery. A positive note, the owner charged us $15 to top up the battery 30% which I thought was a fair charge.
