To start they had great communication but honestly the 3 star is for the condition of the car.
It came with the vehicle smelling of cigarettes, a large crack in the windshield and the wheel was shaking while driving.
Again they had great communication but they need to take this car out of their rotation until it’s properly fixed and aired out.

The wheel issue was not present during our pre-trip inspection, but once it was brought to our attention, we immediately had the vehicle inspected and addressed the issue. We’ve also taken care of the windshield and thoroughly treated the interior. Guest safety and vehicle condition are extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
The house was very attentive and the car was in perfect condition. Thank you so much definitely a five star!
