The car is in great condition! Clean and comfortable to drive! Has all high tech features. The picking up and dropping off process were smooth. They drop the car the arrival gate makes things easier. Just one thing, I booked to pick up car at 1pm. But the car arrived till around 2pm. Since I am not in rush so it did not bother me that much.

There were no issues with the car, just picking up the car. When I landed in Detroit, I was expecting the car location details to be ready. I reached out a few times via messages and called twice but no one picked up. I wasn’t expecting to be able to access the car before the pickup time, but I thought I’d be able to at least find it and know where I needed to go after getting my bags at baggage claim. I received the directions about 5 mins before my pick up time. Their directions got me to the sky bridge and correct parking level. I had the photos of the section, but the instructions made it seem like the car was pretty much right there, just to the right. But instead, it was all the way down at the other end. Having never been to this airport, I found the car difficult to find. We had to ask valet for more directions.

Host was very accommodating and pickup was at arrival terminal and on time. Return was also very convenient. Trip was smooth 5 star host. Car was clean and roomy. Will rent again with host.
