Owner was amazing and helpful! Prompt and great communication! The car was fine, it did its job but was very beat down. Dents everywhere. So much wear and tear. Lights on the dash were on. Made weird noises while driving and couldn’t go over 55mph without it feeling like it was going to fall apart and shaking bad. Idk what I was expecting for an almost 10 year old car used as a rental. Just didn’t feel super safe with my toddler.

Great communication by host and they were responsive to issues. When I picked up the car it had an odor of smoke that I made them aware of. Th e tire monitor light was on which worried me but the host explained that the tires were fine.
