This was my first experience using Turo. There was a little frustration in the beginning. I sat at the pick up location for some time waiting. I reached out to my host and was told the vehicle was charging elsewhere. I did go to the new location to retrieve the vehicle. Once received the host was very helpful and I had a wonderful experience from that point on. Would definitely book again if am in need of a rental. Not sure who was assisting me, but I do thank him!
