Douglas knew that I was very unsure about finding the car, in the dark parking lot and so he made a video, of showing the sidewalk I needed to walk on and exactly where he'd parked his car. He made every effort to make sure that i had a great experience!! I'll be looking for Douglas next time I need to rent a beautiful car!!
