THIS HOST IS A SCAMMER. SAVE YOUR MONEY The host was absolutely terrible in every aspect. And absolutely never answers the phone or text message or any turo messages. The car was disgusting and there was roaches crawling around out of the AC as I drove. AC barely worked in this hot Florida weather and the car squeaked and groaned THE ENTIRE time as well as the tire pressure light being on the whole time and the car randomly alarming when you open the doors just save your time your money and your effort and rent from somebody else. These people are scammers.

Tire light was on when I got the car. Had to spend an hour to find a place to put air into the tires (it was on a Sunday and most places were closed or out of order) and spent money on something that could’ve been dealt with beforehand. Other than that, ride was good.

I'm very happy with the car. I would definitely rent it again. Hanane is very kind and always attentive and willing to listen.

I have rented a different car from this host before and had no issues, but this car was disappointing: 1. Check engine light stayed in throughout. 2. I could not open the trunk to load groceries even when I asked the shopping assistant to help, neither of us could open it. 3. Most importantly, the gas consumption was way too high, not fuel efficient at all, I had to stop muktiole times to get gas so ultimately - the gas cost more than the rental! So this car wasn't worth the price for me. I would still rent from this host, but not this car.
