I'm very happy with the car. I would definitely rent it again. Hanane is very kind and always attentive and willing to listen.

I have rented a different car from this host before and had no issues, but this car was disappointing: 1. Check engine light stayed in throughout. 2. I could not open the trunk to load groceries even when I asked the shopping assistant to help, neither of us could open it. 3. Most importantly, the gas consumption was way too high, not fuel efficient at all, I had to stop muktiole times to get gas so ultimately - the gas cost more than the rental! So this car wasn't worth the price for me. I would still rent from this host, but not this car.

Me encantó el aire acondicionado, ¡súper potente! El carro estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. Como recomendación para esta nueva era tecnológica en la que vivimos, sería útil llevar un cable auxiliar (AUX) para que los huéspedes puedan reproducir su propia música, así como un soporte para teléfono que facilite ver el GPS mientras conducen. En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia y volvería a rentarlo.

I loved the air conditioning—it was incredibly powerful, especially in the Florida heat. The car was clean and in good condition. As a suggestion for today’s tech-driven world, it would be helpful to have an AUX cable available so guests can play their own music, as well as a phone mount to make navigation easier. Overall, I had a great experience and would rent this vehicle again. 🚗✨
