The host was very helpful and kind. He was easy to reach and the SUV was very nice. I definitely will be renting though him again

AC does not get cold, trunk sensor is constantly alerting, low tire pressure always alerting, cracks in windshield and dash board, bubbles in front console, cracks in driver side window, key does not come out of the ignition sometimes when you try to turn off the car, needs an oil change. The light is on told the owner about it and they said they would do it when I bring it back. Front AC by the steering wheel, you cannot move at all to get it cold., engine runs rough. Presentation for vehicle for people is embarrassing. This was not a good car to rent at all.
