Poor communication and the car had to be swapped out
Unfortunately, this was not a positive hosting experience. The guest arrived well before the scheduled pickup time. To accommodate him, we upgraded the reservation from an economy vehicle to a Volvo available at the airport. Pickup instructions were provided in advance, but the guest repeatedly requested phone calls instead of following them. We wish him the best and will continue focusing on providing great service to our many satisfied guests.

Logan Airport pickups must be returned to the airport. We offered custom delivery (extra fee) or hotel valet pickup — both declined — so we asked for return to Logan as required.
