The worst Turo experience I have ever had. This was the car I ordered, and when I arrived at the airport, they told me that the car was not there and they gave me another car, so I’ve never even gotten to drive this car. The other car they gave me smelled like a combination of cigarettes and a stinky cab in New York City. I’m from New York, by the way. The key fob didn’t work, so I got locked out of the car in a parking lot in 95° weather. Every three hours, they sent you a message reminding them to give you a five-star review. This is the worst company, and as a result, I would recommend to anyone using this app to stay away from any car that this company is offering you. They still have $101 of a late payment that is unjustified, and they will not and have not returned it yet.

We are happy to report that since your trip, the key in the Cayenne is now working flawlessly, and the interior of the Cayenne has been completed redone, and it looks like newish.
Regarding the late return, besides driving over 100+ MPH (which is a big no-no in Florida), the vehicle appears to have been returned late, which unfortunately, there is nothing we c
