We had a great experience renting this 2025 Mazda CX-50. The vehicle was extremely clean, comfortable, fuel efficient, and drove perfectly the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. We would definitely rent from this host again.

Turo leaves me no choice but to leave an awful review here. I have used turo for a long time and I have many many rentals. They keep getting worse and worse.
All a host has to do to wreck your trip is claim that your license is invalid and you're screwed. You can't even rent another car anymore. My host was fine, although my car wasn't ready on time and they gave me specific instructions on returning the car to Miami even though that would have resulted in a lot of penalties for me. I have gotten nothing but awful treatment from turo on this app. The host was polite and the car was lovely.
I am so tired of being mistreated on here.
