Had the best experience dealing with Jeff & Machie.
Pickup & drop-off were effortless, the video & instructions were very helpful, even had 3 different cords to hook up to Android Auto or Apple Carplay! And Jeff went above & beyond to help get me to terminal in airport when the wheelchair assist people did not show!
I loved the 2 tone colors of Machie, so easy to find in crowded parking lots! Will definitely use him again next time in area. Thx for making my extended trip so pleasant, no worries about anything!
