For one, park to ports shuttle was very unreliable. Waited almost an hour for pickup from the airport. When we got to the lot where the cars are parked we looked around for the vehicle for about 15 minutes before we found someone parking the car that we were looking for. My pickup time was scheduled for 8pm and I didn’t get to the car until almost 10pm. So the car should’ve been waiting for me, not being joy rode around. Received the car with a half tank of gas so I returned it with half of tank. Truthfully I forgot to take a pic of the tank when receiving the car considering having to wait an hour for the ride and then searching for a car that someone else was driving, it slipped my mind. When returning the car, park to ports shuttle doesn’t take you back to airport so once again unreliable. After my trip I was charged for “not refueling tank” when I in fact did fill it to half like how it was when I received it. Reached out multiple times to figure out why I was charged and no one responded even after reading my messages. Will not book through them again.

Car is great. Just some constructive feedback as someone who does Turo weekly while traveling. I understand the need to be thorough in your communication but the amount of messages sent is very overwhelming and makes things even harder. I do think it would be less overstimulating if there were less messages sent to receive and pick up car- also very frustrating to get the car below half tank and have to fill up so quickly into our day trip. other than that- great drive.
