I requested the car with only one day’s notice, and it was made available immediately. It was also very easy to locate at the designated pickup location. One thing to keep in mind is that if you request airport pickup, you are responsible for paying the parking fee....
Oleksandr was a good host and responded promptly to my messages.
The only issue was that the car was advertised as having Android Auto, but unfortunately it was not available. The screen showed an error, and we were unable to connect. It would be important to clearly indicate whether Android Auto is actually available, as it is a very useful feature when driving.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Android Auto is available and works properly in this vehicle. It’s possible there was an issue with the Bluetooth connection. We were available 24/7 throughout your trip and would have gladly helped you connect it. Since the feature works and your overall experience was positive, we respectfully disagree with the 4-star rating and would truly appreciate it if you would consider updating it to 5 stars. Thank you!
