Easy pick up great communication

The host & vehicle are great and drives wonderfully. The only downside if you’re new to EV is the wait time to charge the vehicle and certain charging stations only allowing up to 85% charge. Other than that, really cool car!

Very nice car and it arrived clean. Pickup and drop-off were easy.
However, we had a small problem with the children's car seats. We had reserved two, and the day before, I wrote to them to make sure they were suitable for their age/weight. When we arrived, one of the two seats was for a much younger baby. We had to go to their warehouse, located about 10 minutes from the airport, to have the seat replaced. For this reason, I removed one star.
