The car was great,nice and big just like it was described.And me and my 6 sisters really enjoyed it and lots of leg room.The host was great and answered my text within minutes, I will be working with turo again the service was great!!!

Overall, the car was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for my family and all of our belongings. There were a few small tears on the seats and headrests, but nothing too noticeable.
Unfortunately, we did have a few mechanical issues. From the beginning, I noticed the brakes were not working properly, which made me uncomfortable driving at normal speeds, especially on the highway given the size of the vehicle. The check engine light also came on almost immediately, and by the next morning, the oil change light came on and the car began shaking.
We contacted the owner and asked if we could switch vehicles. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another one available, but they were responsive and did send someone out to check and fix the issues, with the exception of the brakes.
The automatic trunk was also not working, which made opening and closing it pretty difficult since it’s designed to be power-operated.
Aside from those issues, the car itself was very spacious, comfortable, and a good fit for a family. I would rent from them again because they were responsive when we reached out, I would just probably choose a different vehicle next time.

The AC in the truck did not work and the truck smelled of marijuana prior to starting starting my rental. The Host was very communicative, but did not have another vehicle for me to swap so I suffered with my children.
