Pickup was easy and convenient, and the host was responsive. However, the car was much dirtier than expected and had not been cleaned before my trip. The air conditioning also had a strong unpleasant smell, and it was very weak, making it difficult to stay comfortable in the Florida heat. Overall, the pickup process was great, but the vehicle’s cleanliness and AC condition were disappointing.

Vehicle was given to me with damage that was not brought up to me before or during the reservation. Rear ac vent had a used bandaid in it. Steering made a weird noise when turning, but the host didn’t follow up with me on that either.
