The car was great and everything went very smoothly. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to coordinate with throughout the entire trip. We had a great experience and would definitely rent this car again. Great experience. Excellent communication before, during, and at the end of the trip. We arrived at the airport late at night, and they answered our call to unlock the car at 12:30am no problem at all. Same with returning the car for our departure flight, we parked around 6:45am, and they answered our call to lock the car immp0iediately. Clear and helpful pickup and drop-off instructions. The car itself was in great shape, was clean, and felt very safe. No issues at all. Affordable pricing. No waiting in long lines at the rental car counters. No hidden fees. Really can't say enough great things about our Turo experience, especially with this host! Definitely will not use a mainstream rental company ever again!
