Prior to delivery we provide detailed check-in instructions for all our vehicles with photos, exact location, and how to open the lockbox, plus we are available on chat to walk you through the Turo app step-by-step as we did with you several times until you found your vehicle.
We understand using a lockbox and the Turo app for the first time can be confusing, and we have forwarded your concern regarding the Turo designated parking spot in FLL for review.
