The tires are bad. One is almost completely bald in spots. Passenger seat belt broken All items that should have been fixed. The car was left in the garage overnight. $20 fee to exit garage

I inspected the Ford Escape immediately after your trip: the tires meet Turo's tread depth requirement and are in good condition, washer fluid has been topped up, and the passenger seatbelt has been serviced. The $20 garage fee is the Cypress parking fee and applies whether it is 3 or 23 hours. When you returned the car I paid the same fee.
Super easy and convenient pickup process. Vehicle was perfect for our trip.
