Directions to car weren’t clear,. CarPlay didn’t work.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ll work on making the pickup directions clearer. CarPlay is fully functional, but it requires a USB cable compatible with your phone, such as USB-to-USB-C or USB-to-Lightning. It does not connect wirelessly.
the car drove great, excellent mileage, incredible sound system. the host was clear and communicative and I would definitely book again! Thank you!

Car was clean and was great to drive. Only downside, it was parked in the airport lot and had to pay $37 to leave the parking lot. I was told it would cost between $3-$22 but did not expect it to be almost twice the amount.
