Pickup was great, vehicle clean. Just wish the trunk was bigger if having a full family of 7 there’s not much space for luggage. Other than that it was all great
Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the vehicle clean and the pickup process convenient. Regarding cargo space, the MDX’s seating and cargo capacity are available before booking, so that’s not something I can improve as a host. As for maintenance, the vehicle received four new tires and a wheel alignment this season before your trip. The wiper blades were also recently replaced, though I’ll inspect them again. Thanks for renting

The car did its job, had a tire shake on the highway, and smelled really bad inside. But got me there and back
I’m sure you may have noticed the tires are brand new, and looking at your pre inspection photos the tire pressure was listed at 33psi for every tire so I’m not sure why you listed that the vehicle had low tire pressure. As I mentioned to you prior to your pick up I had a careless guest who smoked in the vehicle. Also, you left your nicotine in the vehicle and took one of my CDs
