Host was great! Car does run like it is a bit older. Especially on those uphills, but overall good! Service does mention it is overdue.

I believe the fact that the car was in really rough shape, smelled like it’s been in rough shape and pull from some kind of dirty place, tires were so wobbly, alignment was off and pretty much set us in not a safe trip since we traveled 2 hours away. And all vent fenders were all broken, many things inside out were broken. AC air continuously made us feel like we were suffocating some kind of dust over and over when we turned it on, it isn’t good that this car was pulled out to be rented on Turo at all. I am not satisfied and truly it made my children miserable the entire time, we felt like the tires were going to fall out at anytime. Owner needs to said what did I expect from a 14 year old car when my 20 year old car doesn’t even look close to looking like this.

Wow. I can see this is your first trip on turo, renting an affordable car that’s 15yrs old, expecting it to be pristine. Made false claims like “check engine light” on and never mentioned it during the trip, I have post trip photo of dash with NO check engine light. You click everything possible that is negative just to hurt my reputation on turo. Thankfully, you’re one bad apple, just read my other reviews (1000s). your2-3 kids made a mess in the car, needs detail work. Rent a newer model nex
The car quality was about what should be expected for a 16 year old car.
The pickup/dropoff location was fairly easy to identify.
Clark was prompt with his communication and we had no issues.
