I recently rented this vehicle and was very disappointed with the experience. The car was in poor condition—many features felt old or falling apart, and there was an extremely unpleasant odor that required me to purchase air fresheners before I could even start my day.
I made the owner aware of the existing damages prior to and during the rental, but never received any acknowledgment or response. I also tried contacting the owner multiple times while the car was in my possession, yet none of my messages were answered.
For the price and effort involved, I expected at least a clean, functional car and basic communication. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I cannot recommend this rental. I will definitely Just rent from Enterprise or Hertz next time.

Pickup and drop off was very easy and the host was really responsive. The car worked great for our needs - 4 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and room in the trunk for a stroller!
