Great car and great experience with pick up and drop off

Hung was the host. Super A guy. It was immediately clear why everyone rates him 5 stars. I made a mistake on the car I rented. I thought I rented a BMW X3 but apparently I rented a BMW Sedan 3 which is a lower car and too difficult for my back. He remedied this immediately and substituted this car with an BMW X 5. He was very understanding and kind and didn’t make me feel badly for inconveniencing him. Also, the couple times I contacted him in my 2 month rental, he responded immediately. Best customer service. THANK YOU. If I get back to this area, will definitely want to lease from him again.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
