Smooth rental from start to finish. The truck ran great, was clean, and clearly well maintained. Pickup and dropoff were both easy, and the host communicated well throughout. Would rent again.

Excellent group to book with. First, the 4runner was super clean, great ride, easy fit with 3 carry ons, a stroller, baby car seat, 1 check in, 3 backpacks. A comfortable, even luxurious ride. No too bad on the gas mileage.
Longhorn Group had excellent communication every step of the way. I had no questions about any part of the process that wasn't answered by their frequent and timely updates. The pick up and drop off process was explained well. Do leave about 20-30 min to be comfortable for that part as the remote parking lot is a bit of a ways and you'll wait for the shuttle. It's not too bad and better than some of the big rental car companies at DFW. Will def be renting from them again when I'm back.
