Cody was able to accommodate me with the Tesla since the bmw breaks were bad. The car was wreck on the side which I didn’t mind. The car did have a smell like it was spray with lots of amount of car spray. Once the smell went away there was a funky odor of weed or cigarettes. The car wasn’t throughly cleaned so they charged me with a $150 smoking fee. Be careful do a really good check and pictures. They will charge you for someone else’s mistake. Thank you Cody for accommodating but will never rent from you guys again.

Guest definitely smoked in this car. There was ash left everywhere. We duly submitted evidence that the car was very clean at delivery and came back with ash obviously everywhere. Turo charged her a smoking fee based on that very clear, irrefutable evidence.

What a great experience renting from WheelServe DFW! This Tesla was a joy to drive and was an amazing value. It was very clean and ran beautifully. All pickup and drop off instructions were very clear. Overall a much better experience than renting a car from a traditional car rental business. I look forward to booking my next Turo from WheelServe when I am in DFW again!
