This was a great car, nicely maintained and a very responsive owner. I can only give one complaint. They could not give access through the Tesla app. Had to dig out a card to lock, unlock and drive for the entire trip. Digital keys is part of the reason I rent teslas. No digging for keys. Again, great car and owner, this was just an inconvenience. Good rental.
