Pretty good the car came uncharged and a little dirty inside and was making a noise the axel needed to be tightened and I was going on a road trip so that noise was annoying but overall pretty good experience!

Very poor experience. The car only had 65% battery when I got it. It was very dirty inside and out. Smelled. Not vacuumed. Spills on carpet and surfaces. Steering wheel damaged and peeling. Passenger seat was broken and couldn’t recline from controls on seat. Interior stains above drivers mirror and other places. And worst of all the battery only goes about 120 miles or less from full charge. I’ve driven many teslas and this was the worst. Ruined my whole trip due to embarrassing vehicle interior in front of my clients and bad battery that wasn’t disclosed.

Yes the vegan leather is peeling on the steering, and there is a distinctive aroma when it comes to this type of leather. You booked a EV (Tesla), these vehicles do not operate as a gasoline. We encourage all renters to educate themselves if they are new to Teslas as the experience is far different from a gasoline vehicle.
