The rental itself was fine. The host was very responsive but a little less flexible. The car was not clean when I picked it up but she expects you to clean the car before returning. That was a first for me. I typically do clean the car myself just out of respect. I just have never seen it expected to be cleaned. Overall - it was fine.

Hi, I specifically instructed you to call me at drop-off and send photos of my vehicle. You did not follow the instructions, parked in the incorrect spot, and left the vehicle unattended and unlocked. Please read and follow all drop-off instructions carefully, as they are in place to protect the vehicle and both parties.
Pickup was easy and seamless. Car was super clean and performed great.
Drop off equally easy. Annabelle was a pleasure to work with.
