My experience with this app is absolutely a disaster. A few hours before I was supposed to get the car, I got a notification that the car I had booked was no longer available; they had swapped it out for something completely different and several levels lower. As a foreigner, there was nothing to do but accept it.
The car was delivered 30 minutes late and was in terrible condition. Dirty, smelly and a lots of damage, and a the lamp for engine falier was on... I asked if there were any problems? --No problem answered the guy.
After about 15 minutes ride, black smoke came out of the exhaust, smelled awful, so we didn’t dare to drive further...
I called and said that they should immediately replace it with another car. Of course, I thought at this moment that they could impress me and change my negative impression with an upgrade and a fresh car... NO.
The car we got was crashed, a small sedan, we had booked a big SUV... Talked to them that the least they could do was to remove the entire rental fee as compensation. NOT, the full cost was charged.... DO NOT USE THEM
