This has been a very disappointing car rental experience for me and my family. We encountered several issues throughout our trip. I am attaching videos documenting these concerns so you can see and hear the same experience we had.
Although the key was physically inside the vehicle, the car repeatedly displayed a “key not detected” warning and continued to chime throughout the entire trip. This occurred even after stopping and restarting the vehicle multiple times. There was blue tape on the back of the key battery, which caused the vehicle to register the key battery as low or not detected. Because of this, the car was difficult to start each time, and we had to manually handle the key and battery just to get the vehicle to start.
This is not a situation I should have had to deal with after paying the amount I paid for this rental from Dallas. I am very dissatisfied as a customer and expect this matter to be addressed.
