My experience with this rental was affected by the condition of the vehicle.
The car was dirty on arrival, had a visible dent on the right side and made a concerning noise during operation. These issues suggest that the vehicle may not have been properly inspected prior to the rental. I hope improvements are made to ensure better quality control.
