Great host, I had to extend the car a few times. Host made it simple

The car is fine and clean. The key fob battery was low and the air was not checked before providing the car - I started to get warnings one day into the trip. Also be mindful of the daily mileage and rates for each additional mile - we assumed it was the standard 200 per day for Turo but it was not and got hit by a bill that was 60% higher than the rate for the same car the next day. Lastly, the communication could have been better (especially on call)
This was a long-term (monthly) rental, and a standard 45% monthly discount had already been applied to the trip. At return, the vehicle exceeded the included mileage allowance by over 400 miles.
We always strive to be transparent and consistent with all guests, including clearly disclosing mileage limits and overage rates at the time of booking. This review appears to reflect dissatisfaction with a stated policy rather than the overall quality of the vehicle or service provided.
