Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo Policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas +$10 inconvenience fee.
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150.
Is it allowed to pick up or drop off the vehicle at the airport or other places?
No, Pick up and Drop off should be in our main location 1625 Tantor Rd Dallas TX, 75229.
