Turo advised this vehicle should not have been rented. It was delivered with a cracked front windshield that went from passenger to the driver’s side. I immediately advised the vendor of the situation and they advised I could return the car but still be responsible for the entire cost of 10 days. I paid for them to pick up, They refused and made me drop off an hour a way.
Turo was professional and got me into another car right away at no additional cost.
