Derick provided exceptional service. A previous renter (who wrote the 1 star review) had left the vehicle trashed with a burrito under the seat, and greasy steering wheel and console, among other things. Derick went out of his way to make sure that the vehicle was clean, ready for my rental in a timely manner and that I had a great driving experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him and you shouldn’t either.
