The car had a cigarette smoke smell for the first 1.5 months. I messaged the host and never got a response to my message. No other issues with the car
We take cleanliness and vehicle condition very seriously. We found no evidence of cigarette smoking during or after your trip, and no other guests before or after your reservation reported any smoke odor.
The vehicle was returned with a new dent that was not present before your trip. We are currently reviewing the damage and applicable Turo policies.
