Andrea was a great host for our first time using Turo. Fast response times, clear instructions, understanding and very honest. The car is very well maintained and was a secure choice driving in Dallas. We felt very safe and confident driving among other big trucks and suvs. Highly recommend and would rent again!

Car drives smooth! Bluetooth hooked up without a problem. Has Car play connection. Air blows very cold! Clean! The host is a good person! Nice pickup location conveniently located area.

Very difficult communication through TURO app. Car was returned before check out, but couldn’t get through TURO to end my trip.

Detailed pickup, parking, and return instructions were provided through the app, and I remained available during the trip. The fee mentioned was generated by Turo because the trip was not properly ended in the app after returning the vehicle, not because of the car or communication. I always recommend following the app instructions carefully to avoid issues.
