I had a great experience renting from Jess. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Jess was very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure I had all the information I needed for the pickup and throughout the trip.
The Ford EcoSport was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and drove great. You can tell the vehicle is well taken care of. I also really appreciated the thoughtful details she left in the car—it was a very nice touch and made the experience even better.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with Jess and would definitely rent from her again. Highly recommended!
