Rafael was SUPER NICE , and very responsive. Would recommend working with him, to everyone. The vehicle had a smoke smell in it, which Rafael was vey quick to make right.

Once we arrived in the rental car terminal, it took us a while to find where to go to the Peer to Peer lot. Car was clean but it smelled like someone had smoked weed in it. Got great gas mileage. It also took us a while to find the Peer to Peer lot upon drop off. More precise instructions should be given. Host was communicative.
