Rafael was a great host. Always responsive and thorough. I had to extend my trip twice and he was very graceful about it. The car was in immaculate condition and I appreciated how new and clean it was. He also delivered and picked it up from my work which was so helpful. The host was amazing to work with! My sister was flying in from Brazil on an earlier flight and we couldn't pick her up and arranged this vehicle for her and my nephew. The host provided a quality car seat at our request for my nephew. My sister only had Wi-Fi since she did not have a SIM card for the United States on her phone. The host was great at communicating and facilitating the pickup despite this.
