Very rude, disrespectful and never ready to help. And when you try to ask him for help as little as where is car is parked as a guest who is visiting town, you get the most unwelcoming and mean response. Told this man if it was ok to park his car at another airport he agreed the night before and said it was ok only for him to want to charge me for it next day after I was done parking. A conversation he never had with me before. Thank God for TURO after I called they told me to go ahead and park cause he had initially agreed and they saw our chat. Totally a bad experience for the money I paid for one week
Guest was unable and unwilling to read and follow instructions. All information he needed was at his disposal for review, processing, and understanding of where and how to pick up the vehicle. Guest wanted us to call and hand hold him. Poor communication. Renting a vehicle of this caliber you would expect the guest to be able to follow instructions. Guest also returned the vehicle to a different airport without changing the return location in the trip, a TOS violation.

The car was clean and loved the silver on black inside great host responded extremely fast with questions. Great host will rent again when I’m Dallas again.
