Wilson was very communicative and his Escalade was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent it again.

This was a very disappointing experience with Turo. I have used Turo for years but will no longer. We rented a luxury vehicle for a very important high end client pickup and meeting and when we got to vehicle it had multiple cosmetic damages. On the hood there was a deep 5” long scratch that was showed bare metal. Right when I saw the vehicle I saw the scratch. I notified owner and Turo and got zero understanding and they refused to cance and refund trip even though there was no mentioning in description of the scratch. He offered a discount if I came back to Dallas and used his car again. Why would I do that when they were not honest about description in first place. It was one of the more expensive Escalades with limited available free miles but I rented because it being new not damaged. The host refused to acknowledge any wrong doing in not communicating or showing pictures before rented. It felt shiesty.
